We have five classifications of computer professionals at Bucca Solutions. They are:
A Project Manager is responsible for the project to which he or she has been assigned. The Project Manager will perform complex consulting tasks between the business and technical entities; plan workloads, schedule meetings and training sessions. The Project Manager will also be responsible for the detailed accounting of schedules, budget and personnel resource allocation.
Solution Developers are responsible for planning and creating custom applications outlined in the specifications agreed upon between the Project Manager and the client. The Solution Developer will create data flow and work flow diagrams, write and document source code, integrate and customize standard software packages, test custom software applications and provide support and training for the custom application. Solution Developers work independently on small projects and with minimal supervision on large projects.
System Engineers are responsible for planning, designing and implementing Microsoft network installations, database configurations, Internet/intranet solutions, Bucca Solutions Client and Server software installations and other complex network and system applications and installations, which will be agreed upon by the Project Manager and the client. System Engineers work independently on small projects and with minimal supervision on large projects. System Engineers are also available to augment client’s existing personnel on a short term or long-term basis to aid in installation and upgrade projects.
Technicians are responsible for assisting both system engineers and solution developers. They work closely with the Project Manager and the senior engineer/developer of the project. Technicians are responsible for the installation of routine software packages and creating simple software routines. The senior members of the project team closely monitor their tasks.
Trainers are responsible for teaching industry standard applications. The solution developer in charge of the project does training for any custom application work.
Bucca Solutions uses the Microsoft Model of utilizing partners to sell, install, configure, customize and support its products. All our partners are rigorously screened, trained and monitored by us. This model helps keep pricing lower.
